What have I learned? The ocean is my confessional, she can hold all my secrets and truths, the many greens of Hawaii’s forests, reflect the subtleties and imagined images that somehow reveal themselves in clay, wire or playful experiment. One thing leads to another, fantasy, function, fabrication. Earth water fire and air are my cohorts, dance, movement, the gorgeousness of Hawaii delight my eye. I am content to be who I am in this life, and express that in my work. A girl with tremendous feeling, honoring the sacredness of process, technique and art.
