A resident of Mill Valley, California, for 40 years as a studio artist via Boston, San Francisco, and Point Arena, Willa had been co-owner and designer at J.S. Marten Company from 1976-1993. This family business specialized in pewter castings, jewelry, and small sculpture.  Trained at Skidmore College, she continues to design and produce custom work in pewter at her studio in Mill Valley and at Kealakekua Bay, Hawaii.

A resident at Kealakekua Bay since 2000, Willa has turned to whimsical creations inspired from natural objects found in and around the bay.
